Rest day

Today would be a chill day. Today I take the plane from Cairo to Luxor at 6:50pm.

On an unrelated note I’ve seen some dead animals next to the usual trash in the streets. Today I’ve seen a dead baby kitten with insects crawling through the eyes. Cats that live in the villa

The house was a French style villa. Super height ceilings and nice decor like swings sofas… Mirrors were used quite often

Relaxed

I taking an Uber to the airport. I’ve noticed it’s the wrong airport I cancel the ride. He said he’s not going there it’s 1h ride. I thanked him and looked for another Uber that might take me. None came. It’s 16:00. The Flight leaves at 18:50. There was a taxi. Someone translated to him that I’d want to go to the international airport. We said. On Uber it would be 250. So we said 300. In the car he said 400 I said sure.

He couldn’t speak English but somehow we communicated. He’s offering me a cigarette I declined. He’s coughing a lot. I

Right before the airport his car broke down and wouldn’t turn on again. I said I’d give him 300 for bringing me this for far, he was happy. There was a person nearby who would take me. 100 for the person nearby. He also gave some money to the person nearby that brought me the last bit and I don’t know why.

The seats/plane are/is squeakimg when turning. People talk loudly and have fun in the plane. No AC in the plane. It was 40c when we took off. Layer the temp dropped a bit. Crushing altitude was 5000m the ride was rough. A kid two next to me vomited. The landing was bumpy.
